The acquisition, which took place in Q4 2023, expands Emler’s footprint to 51 facilities across the United States, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Washington, Illinois, and Indiana.
