Mike Tyson and Royal Queen Seeds Promote Home Cannabis Cultivation in New York City

Boxing legend and marijuana entrepreneur Mike Tyson, alongside the marijuana seed bank Royal Queen Seeds (RQS), took over the famous One Times Square billboard in New York City to commemorate 4/20.

The 20-story advertisement featured Tyson, RQS President Shai Ramsahai, and CarmaHoldCo CEO Adam Wilks, celebrating New York’s move towards legal and regulated home cultivation of cannabis for adults. Ramsahai highlighted the benefits of home cultivation and RQS’s dedication to supporting New Yorkers throughout their cannabis cultivation journey.

“Growing cannabis at home is one of the most rewarding experiences,” said Ramsahai. “For New Yorkers looking to cultivate, Royal Queen Seeds is a trusted partner throughout their journey, from seed germination to harvesting.”

The event followed the Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conference in Florida, where Tyson and Ric Flair engaged in a competition to consume the most cannabis. The iconic One Times Square Billboard, renowned for its New Year’s countdown, encouraged New Yorkers to cultivate their own cannabis and included a countdown to 4:20 p.m.

Ramsahai emphasized the importance of home cultivation beyond recreational purposes. “Home growers develop a deeper understanding of and relationship with cannabis and mother nature,” he said.

In line with their advocacy for home cannabis cultivation, Tyson 2.0 and Carma HoldCo Inc. recently announced their partnership with PHCANN to exclusively cultivate, manufacture, and distribute TYSON 2.0 branded THC products across Germany and the UK.
