Fallout 76 is built on an outdated engine that struggles to keep up with the demands of an MMO. This often leads to choppy gameplay and frequent frame rate drops. However, by applying a few simple tweaks, you can bypass these limitations and enjoy a much smoother gaming experience.
First, install Fallout 76 and run it at least once. Then, close the game and download a modified .ini text file. Place this file in the following directory: DocumentsMy GamesFallout 76. Overwrite the existing file when prompted.
