TRAVIS Kelce got a good chuckle out of a wardrobe malfunction from his past. The Kansas City Chiefs star tight end, 34, was left in stitches when comedian Andrew Santino recounted the incident on the Kelce brothers’ New Heights podcast. Santino brought up the story of Kelce’s appearance on his Whiskey Ginger podcast in 2019. The tight end had joined Santino’s show before winning his first Super Bowl title and, during the episode, he suffered a wardrobe malfunction that led to the production team having to make some creative edits. Fast forward four years and Santino was a guest on Travis and Jason’s popular podcast, where he shared the wardrobe malfunction story with listeners. “My editor calls me and he’s like, ‘Bro, I don’t know how to tell you this, but Travis was falling out of his shorts,” Santino said. “I was like, ‘What are you saying, dude? What do you mean [by] falling out of his shorts?'” “He was like, ‘his boys were sliding out,” he continued. “And I was like, ‘Oh no.'” Travis and Jason were in hysterics as the story unfolded. Santino then revealed that his editor asked him if they should re-record the podcast. The 40-year-old comedian had a hilarious idea. “He goes, ‘Do you want to call him and re-shoot it?’ and I said, ‘Just put a Kansas City Chiefs logo over whenever it falls out,” Santino shared. The Chiefs logo would be strategically placed between Kelce’s knees for the rest of the episode. Fans quickly noticed the logo in the comments to the YouTube video, leading Santino to admit, “YES. Trav forgot his undies and thus his Kansas City Chief was hanging out.” Santino continued to joke about the situation saying, “Travis’ boys wanted to make an appearance on Whiskey Ginger and I get that. I said just throw a logo on there and it would be funny. Travis had a couple of fall-out boys. “We’re going to hold off and sell that footage for a lot of money someday.” New Heights drops new episodes every Wednesday, and during the NFL season, fans get a double dose with two episodes released each week.
