The Los Angeles Lakers are on the brink of elimination in their Western Conference first-round NBA Playoffs series against the Denver Nuggets. Having lost the first three games of the best-of-seven series, the Lakers must win Game 4 on Saturday, April 27, 2024, to avoid being swept.
The Lakers have struggled to keep up with the Nuggets, who have won 11 straight games against Los Angeles. In Game 3, the Lakers held a double-digit lead but ultimately fell to the Nuggets, 112-105.
Despite facing elimination, the Lakers remain confident. LeBron James, who missed Game 3 due to a foot injury, is expected to return for Game 4. Anthony Davis, who has been playing through a wrist injury, will also be available.
The Nuggets, meanwhile, are looking to close out the series and advance to the second round. Nikola Jokic, who is averaging 28.7 points, 13.3 rebounds, and 8.0 assists per game in the series, will be the key player for Denver.
Game 4 of the Lakers-Nuggets series will be played at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles at 5:30 p.m. PT (8:30 p.m. ET) and will be televised on ABC. If you don’t have cable, you can watch the game live on streaming services such as Sling TV, FuboTV, and Hulu + Live TV.
Sling TV is offering a $25 discount on its first month of service, while FuboTV is offering a seven-day free trial. Hulu + Live TV offers a three-day free trial.
