Qatar Airways will showcase its advanced AI-driven digital human cabin crew member, Sama 2.0, at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) in Dubai from May 6 to 9, 2024. As part of the ATM’s 31st session, themed ‘Empowering Innovation: Transforming Travel Through Entrepreneurship’, Qatar Airways will highlight Sama 2.0’s ability to offer real-time responses, helping travelers craft personalized journeys and providing insightful information on the airline’s services and destinations. Attendees can interact with Sama through the QVerse, Qatar Airways’ expansive digital environment, or directly via the airline’s mobile application.
Qatar Airways will also debut its newly designed exhibition space at Hall no. 2 ME1450. The state-of-the-art booth will feature a multisensory pod that immerses visitors in the luxurious ambiance of the airline’s acclaimed Qsuite. Attendees can also explore the airline’s virtual world with a Virtual Reality (VR) setup, offering tours of Qatar Airways’ fleet and the Hamad International Airport, named the ‘World’s Best Airport’ by Skytrax in 2024.
The Qatar Airways team, alongside Sama 2.0, will be available to assist visitors and partners at the Dubai World Trade Center, Hall no. 2 ME1450, during the four-day event. Qatar Airways has been recognized for its excellence in the aviation industry, winning the ‘World’s Best Business Class’ for the tenth time at the 2023 World Airline Awards and being voted the ‘World’s Best Airline’ seven times by Skytrax.
