Norwegian Air Shuttle is introducing a preorder service for duty free products, which will be delivered directly on board specific flights. This initiative is powered by gateretail, a subsidiary of gategroup. Starting with a pilot project this April, passengers traveling on certain Norwegian flights from Oslo can preorder items like alcohol, tobacco, perfumes, cosmetics, sweets, and more, to be delivered right to their seats.
Having provided preorder duty free services to charter travelers in the Nordics for over three decades, gateretail is now expanding this service. In collaboration with Norwegian, they aim to enhance passenger experiences by offering this preorder option on select flights.
