Notably, African travelers comprise a dominant 74.5% of the international visitors, with Ghana emerging as a significant contributor. The implementation of a visa waiver program in November 2023 has spurred a significant 249.4% increase in Ghanaian citizens visiting South Africa, underscoring its effectiveness in promoting seamless travel and strengthening business and leisure ties.
