dnata Secures Major Contracts for New Ground Support Equipment Worth Over US$ 210 Million
At the Dubai Airport Show, dnata secured major contracts with top manufacturers for new Ground Support Equipment (GSE), worth over US$ 210 million. These five-year global framework agreements will lay a solid foundation for further dealings over the next five years. The state-of-the-art vehicles will boost efficiency, safety, and sustainability throughout dnata’s global operations, supporting its commitment to providing top-notch services to more than 330 airlines.
These deals involve a significant investment exceeding US$ 100 million in GSE for dnata’s Dubai operations, driven by consistent strong demand and anticipated significant growth. dnata currently manages a fleet of 2,500 motorized GSE at both Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC) airports, serving over 190 airlines. Eight international manufacturers will supply the GSE, with deliveries set to commence in May 2024.
