Dell, who hails from the Czech Republic, boasts an impressive 21-year career in the hospitality industry, having worked in prestigious food and beverage establishments across the globe, including Sydney, Hong Kong, Singapore, Jordan, Doha, and Maui. His journey began at the Grandhotel Pupp hotel school, after which he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Hotel Management from the renowned William Blue Hospitality School in Australia.
Dell’s career trajectory within Four Seasons began as Director of Food and Beverage at the Regent Singapore, where his exceptional leadership and dedication led to his promotion as Hotel Manager in 2014. In 2016, he moved to Maui, Hawaii, and in February 2020, he made history as the first Czech General Manager of Four Seasons in Prague.
During his tenure in Singapore, the Manhattan bar, under Dell’s guidance, achieved remarkable recognition, securing the top spot in Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2017 and climbing to #3 in the World’s 50 Best Bars in 2018. This prestigious recognition is a testament to Dell’s leadership and the exceptional work of the food and beverage team.
While leading the iconic Four Seasons Hotel Prague, Dell’s accomplishments included maintaining the hotel’s prestigious Forbes 5-star rating for five consecutive years and achieving record-breaking guest experience and staff satisfaction scores. These accolades are a reflection of Dell’s commitment to excellence and his ability to inspire his team to deliver exceptional results.
