Air France Introduces Unparalleled Airport Experience and Enhanced La Première Cabin

Air France Enhances La Première Experience with Exclusive Airport Services and Revamped Cabin

In preparation for the upcoming winter season, Air France is rolling out a comprehensive upgrade to its La Première service, beginning with the introduction of an exclusive airport experience at Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport this summer. Upon arrival, La Première passengers will be greeted by a dedicated concierge and escorted to a newly established, private check-in lobby designed to offer heightened privacy and seamless travel. The lobby features 15 seats and two private lounges, providing a serene retreat within the bustling airport setting.

Following check-in, guests will be escorted through an exclusive private corridor with its own security checkpoint to the La Première lounge. Spanning a remarkable 1,000 square meters, the lounge offers a tranquil haven with a menu and wine selection curated by Alain Ducasse and his renowned team. At the heart of the lounge lies a luxurious spa and beauty treatment area managed by Sisley, the French pioneer in plant-based cosmetology.

Adjacent to the lounge, new suites have been introduced for La Première passengers seeking maximum privacy before their flights or during stopovers. Each suite, nearly 45 square meters in size, offers tranquility and convenience, with amenities including a spacious living area, a bedroom with a double bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and a cozy outdoor patio. Guests arriving at these suites will be escorted and oriented by a dedicated butler, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience.

Echoing the architectural essence of the check-in lobby and the La Première lounge, the suites offer a private pod-like atmosphere, each uniquely adorned with thoughtfully selected French design elements and featuring an exclusive piece of art by a French artist. The culinary delights from Alain Ducasse available in the lounge extend to the suites, alongside access to the esteemed Sisley spa.

In addition to the new airport experience, Air France will be introducing a revamped La Première cabin in the winter of 2024-25, setting a new benchmark with its industry-leading length, offering passengers five windows and the longest layout available. The cabin will also feature up to three fully private, modular living areas—comprising a seat, a chaise lounge, and a flat bed—to provide an unparalleled travel experience. The enhanced La Première will be available on more aircraft than it is currently, with plans to equip 19 Boeing 777-300 ERs with La Première suites by summer 2024.
