Air France Cadet Pilot Program: Nurturing Emerging Pilots

Air France has unveiled its Cadet Pilot Program, designed to cultivate the careers of aspiring aviators. Embracing candidates of all ages and flight experience, the program imparts thorough 24-month training, fully subsidized by Air France, at partnered flight schools. Upon successful completion, trainees embark on their careers as First Officers aboard Air France’s Airbus A220 and A320, as well as Transavia’s Boeing B737 and Airbus A320neo aircraft.

Joining the ranks of Air France pilots grants access to a legacy spanning nine decades, renowned for unwavering commitment to flight safety, technical expertise, and environmentally conscious operations. A customer-centric approach remains paramount, while diversity and inclusion are championed within the workplace, exemplified by the growing presence of female pilots.

The recruitment drive is currently underway, accepting applications until July 15, 2024. In collaboration with the Fédération Française Aéronautique (FFA) and the Fédération Française de Vol en Planeur (FFVP), Air France will host informative webinars about the cadet program on Thursday, June 6 at 6 PM (FFA) and Thursday, June 13 at 6 PM (FFVP).
