The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Board (UPMSP) has issued a stern warning to students and parents who have applied for scrutiny of Class 10 and 12 exam results. These fraudsters are making fraudulent calls, offering to increase marks and guarantee passing in exchange for money. The UPMSP strongly advises against falling for such scams and urges students and guardians to report any suspicious phone calls immediately to the District School Inspector. The board emphasizes that sharing personal information or making payments to these fraudsters should be strictly avoided. The UPMSP has assured that appropriate legal action, including FIRs, will be taken against those involved in such fraudulent activities.
The UPMSP conducted the Class 10 and Class 12 exams between February 22 and March 9, and the results of both classes were declared on April 20. The overall pass percentage of Class 10 was 89.55%, and for Class 12, it stood at 82.60% this year. A total of 55,25,308 students had registered for board exams this year, with 29,47,311 in high school and 25,77,997 for Inter board exams.
The UPMSP has urged students and guardians to be vigilant against such fraudulent activities and to report any suspicious calls or messages to the authorities promptly. The board is committed to maintaining the integrity of the examination process and will take all necessary measures to prevent any unauthorized or illegal alterations to exam results.
