Cross Hotels & Resorts has recently announced a significant hotel management contract with PT Yetosa Pratama Sukses (Puri Group). This partnership will bring about the establishment of Cross Batam Antapura, a luxurious 340-room resort situated on the tropical island of Batam in Indonesia. This marks the brand’s inaugural venture on Batam Island, a region experiencing rapid development.
Cross Batam Antapura, embodying a ‘Luxury by Design’ philosophy, seamlessly blends breathtaking natural surroundings with lavish accommodations. The resort is scheduled to open its doors in 2027. This collaboration with Puri Group, a prominent real estate player in Batam, introduces a unique resort concept. It will feature 250 modern hotel rooms alongside 90 upscale pool villas, all centered around an innovative Water Courtyard design.
The resort’s design integrates classic Indonesian aesthetics with contemporary luxury, creating a tranquil environment conducive to personal wellness. Strategically positioned just 13 minutes from Hang Nadim International Airport, the resort is conveniently located near the international ferry terminal and three international golf courses. This prime location caters perfectly to tourists, short-term visitors, and event organizers.
Cross Batam Antapura balances serene isolation with a vibrant array of offerings. Exclusive dining options and holistic spa treatments cater to adults, while dynamic activities engage younger guests. The resort boasts a selection of luxurious one to three-bedroom pool villas, ideal for intimate getaways, family events, or business meetings.
Premium facilities include fine dining restaurants, a bar integrated into the swimming pool, a comprehensive spa center, a fitness area, a large ballroom, a wedding chapel, and extensive parking facilities. Cross Batam Antapura is committed to eco-friendly building practices, transforming its green surroundings into sustainable living areas.
Batam Island itself offers a captivating blend of scenic beauty, cultural richness, and urban energy. Activities such as temple tours, stunning sunsets at Barelang Bridge, exciting water sports, and relaxing beach days cater to diverse tastes, ensuring a memorable stay for every visitor.
