Vogue World: Paris Livestream Watch Party Ignites New York City

As the final preparations for Vogue World: Paris were underway at Place Vendôme, Vogue Club members across the Atlantic were making their way to a special Club-exclusive livestream watch party in Lower Manhattan. Their destination was the Roxy Hotel’s underground jazz club, Django, a perfect escape from the summer heat. Upon arrival, members were ushered into the dimly lit bar, where the high ceilings and curved booths provided a stunning setting for photos by photographer Ryan Sides.

With cocktails and canapés being served, members gathered around a large screen in the brick-walled auditorium. Longtime Club members caught up with familiar faces, while newcomers introduced themselves, all while enjoying complimentary candies and popcorn. As is typical for Club events, there was an air of glitz, glamour, and excitement. Think flowing dresses, sharp silhouettes, and impeccably styled blazers.

As Jean Paul Gaultier prepared to send Aya Nakamura onto the runway at Place Vendôme, members gathered in the screening room, many expressing awe at the custom-made Vogue World books designed by Nike. When the show began and host Cara Delevigne guided viewers through the unfolding events, a palpable sense of awe filled the room as they witnessed the once-in-a-lifetime spectacle.

After the livestream ended, members engaged in lively discussions about their favorite moments, mentioning Sabrina Carpenter, Serena Williams, and Katy Perry among their highlights. The show, with its cast of hundreds, had the crowd buzzing with conversation. As everyone eventually made their way back onto the streets of Tribeca, one thing was certain: Vogue World: Paris, just like its accompanying livestream rollout in New York, was a triumph.
