Dubai’s impressive list of shopping destinations is about to get even more impressive with the addition of a new luxury mall spearheaded by Sobha Realty. Construction has officially begun on the AED 210 million project, which is expected to be completed by 2026. The mall will be situated within the esteemed Sobha Hartland community and will encompass approximately 339,000 square feet.
Beyond its impressive size and value, the mall is designed to stand out with a comprehensive range of amenities catering to diverse needs. Shoppers can look forward to exploring over 35 retail stores, indulging in culinary delights at 10 distinct dining options, stocking up at a supermarket, keeping fit at a fully equipped gym, and enjoying hours of entertainment.
The mall’s gross leasable area spans 115,000 square feet, providing ample space for a vibrant retail landscape. Architecturally, the project draws inspiration from nature, boasting statement features that create a visually captivating experience. Notable highlights include a bowl-like space featuring a “cascading void stretching from the basement to roof,” adding a dramatic element to the design.
Further enhancing the mall’s aesthetic appeal are green walls, water features, floating pods, and an abundance of natural lighting, creating a harmonious blend of modern design and natural elements.
Sobha Realty remains committed to sustainability, ensuring that the mall’s development incorporates environmentally conscious practices. Energy-efficient lighting, solar panels, and the utilization of green building materials are key components of the project’s sustainability focus.

The Sobha Mall is just one of many exciting projects poised to transform Dubai’s landscape in the coming years.
