The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the advance intimation of the examination city allotted to applicants for the Joint CSIR-UGC NET Exam, June 2024. This follows a prior announcement dated 21st June 2024 regarding the postponement of the examination. The revised schedule for the exam is now available, spanning three days from 25th to 27th July 2024.
On the first day, 25th July, exams will be conducted for Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, and Physical Sciences from 9 am to 12 noon. Mathematical Sciences will take place from 3 pm to 6 pm. The second day, 26th July, is dedicated to Life Sciences, with two shifts: 9 am to 12 noon and 3 pm to 6 pm. The final day, 27th July, will see the examination for Chemical Sciences from 9 am to 12 noon.
Candidates are advised to check and download their advance intimation slip, which details the city of their exam centre, from the official website (https://csirnet.nta.ac.in). This can be done using their application number and date of birth. It is crucial to note that this slip is not the admit card but merely an intimation of the city where the examination centre will be located. The NTA will issue the actual admit cards separately in due course.
Should candidates encounter any difficulties in accessing their examination city intimation slip, they can contact the NTA Helpdesk at 011-40759000/011-6922770 or email csirnet@nta.ac.in.
