India has unveiled its squad for the upcoming tour of Sri Lanka, set to take place from July 27th to August 7th. The tour will feature three Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) and three One-Day Internationals (ODIs).
In a significant development, Suryakumar Yadav has been named captain for the T20I series. This follows Rohit Sharma’s recent decision to retire from the format after India’s triumphant World Cup win last month. However, Rohit will continue to lead the Indian team in ODIs.
