Chef Bharti’s culinary journey is both inspiring and impressive. He began his career at TRIDENT BANDRA KURLA in Mumbai, quickly establishing himself as a culinary talent. His dedication and skill earned him the “Star of the Year” award for outstanding guest service. His career progressed as he became the Chef de Partie at MASSIVE RESTAURANTS PVT LTD, and later a Sous Chef at PHILTRE THE BISTRO, part of Shreya Hospitality. He further showcased his culinary leadership as Head Chef at PIKKLE, under Shine More Hospitality. Most recently, Chef Bharti served at DESI Restaurant in the Bay Area, California, where he managed all aspects of the restaurant. Under his leadership, DESI received recognition, including the “Best Casual Contemporary Indian Restaurant Santa Clara County” award from the Lux Life Restaurant and Bar Awards 2022.
Chef Bharti is renowned for his inventive recipes and unwavering commitment to quality, consistently pushing the boundaries of Indian cuisine. His creations, such as the mamenori sushi roll, mango & banana pudding, baked corn with popcorn sauce, and sous vide salmon tikka, showcase his innovative spirit and dedication to culinary excellence. Chef Bharti’s extensive training includes significant experience at prestigious establishments like TRIDENT GURGAON and TAJ PALACE NEW DELHI. He is a Gold Medalist from GGIPU University in Delhi and an esteemed member of the Indian Culinary Forum.
