Sipcam Agro Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of Sipcam Agro USA, Inc., is excited to announce the construction of a new 12,000 square foot fungicide and insecticide formulation and packaging plant in Waynesboro, Mississippi. This project, stemming from the acquisition of Odom Industries Inc. assets in December 2023, will significantly bolster Sipcam’s presence in the US and Canadian agricultural markets.
The new facility, scheduled to commence production in fall 2024, will feature state-of-the-art automation and equipment, enabling the production of soluble concentrates (SC) and emulsifiable concentrates (EC) in various packaging sizes. Furthermore, Sipcam plans to expand its existing bulk tank farm to facilitate the storage and sale of bulk products.

Sipcam Agro Solutions will initiate conversations with third-party businesses in February 2025 in preparation for increased production volume. “Sipcam Agro USA is now fully integrated with group partners in numerous active ingredients (AIs) globally, encompassing synthesis and formulation plants in several countries,” explained Bryan Grunsky, Plant Manager. “The Sipcam Agro Solutions facilities and the expanded plant will enable Sipcam Agro to achieve complete integration from synthesis through formulation and packaging, culminating in the final product, and allowing us to provide custom tolling for our existing and new customer base.”
