The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has commenced the online registration process for the recruitment of 7951 Junior Engineer positions in the Indian Railways, beginning on June 30, 2024. Aspiring candidates have the opportunity to apply for various roles, such as Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant, through the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board, rrbapply.gov.in.
To apply, candidates must first navigate to the RRB website and select the appropriate zone to locate the online application form. Once found, they should click on the ‘RRB JE Apply’ tab and initiate a new registration by clicking on the “New Registration Link.” During this step, candidates will need to provide their Name, Phone Number, Address, and Email ID. Upon completion, login credentials will be sent to the provided email address and mobile number.

The Railway JE 2024 Exam will be conducted in four phases: the First Stage of CBT, the Second Stage of CBT, Document Verification, and the Medical Examination.
The RRB JE 2024 exam pattern involves two Computer-Based Tests (CBT). Both tests incorporate a negative marking system of 0.3 marks for incorrect answers. The CBT 1 exam is 90 minutes in duration and comprises 100 questions, while the CBT 2 exam lasts 120 minutes and features 150 questions.
