Over a decade after working together on the first ‘Sex and the City’ movie, Sarah Jessica Parker and Jennifer Hudson reunited in the most glamorous of settings: Paris during the Olympics. The duo, known to fans as Carrie Bradshaw and Louise from St. Louis, were casually living their best lives, making for a truly golden moment.
Jennifer Hudson shared a picture of the pair on Instagram, captioned, “Look who I ran into in Paris !! Carrie and Louise reunited at last! Love is the thing, you know! 😉 #SATC.”
For those who haven’t seen the 2010 film, it follows a heartbroken Carrie trying to move on after a disastrous wedding. She hires an assistant, Louise, who teaches her valuable lessons about inbox folders, designer bag rentals, and following her heart. The fact that Louise hasn’t made even a cameo in the ‘And Just Like That…’ series is a mystery for another day.
Beyond their on-screen connection, Hudson also contributed an original song, “All Dressed in Love,” to the 2008 film.
