TS LAWCET 2024 Counselling Registration Begins: Apply Now for LLB Programs

The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has officially commenced the registration process for the Telangana State Law Common Entrance Test (TS LAWCET) counselling 2024. Aspiring students who wish to pursue either a three-year or a five-year LLB program can now register online through the official website, lawcetadm.tsche.ac.in. This registration window is open until August 20, after which the application portal will be closed, and no further registrations will be accepted.

To register for TS LAWCET counselling 2024, candidates are required to follow these simple steps:

2. Locate and click on the ‘TS LAWCET 2024 registration’ link, which will be prominently displayed on the homepage.
3. This action will redirect you to a new page where you will need to log in using your hall ticket number and rank.
4. Complete the counselling registration process by paying the required registration fee, which is ₹ 800 for general category candidates and ₹ 500 for SC/ST candidates.

Eligibility Criteria for TS LAWCET 2024:

As per the official notification released by TSCHE, the following are the eligibility criteria for different LLB programs:

For 3-Year LLB / BL:

Candidates must possess a Graduate Degree (following the 10+2+3 pattern) from a recognized University. To be eligible for the general category, candidates must have secured at least 45% aggregate marks. For OBC category candidates, the minimum aggregate mark requirement is 42%, and for SC/ST candidates, it is 40%.

For 5-Year LLB / BL:

Candidates must have successfully passed the two-year Intermediate Examination (following the 10+2 pattern) or any other equivalent examination recognized by the concerned University or the Board of Intermediate Education, TS/AP. The minimum aggregate marks required for eligibility are 45% for general category candidates, 42% for OBC category candidates, and 40% for SC/ST candidates.

To pursue an LLM program, candidates must have qualified LLB/BL from a recognized university.
