National Car Charging (NCC), a leading independent reseller and installer of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, has announced a significant milestone: securing a multi-year NASPO ValuePoint® Master Agreement with the State of Maryland. This contract grants NCC the ability to offer its comprehensive EV charging solutions to public entities across the United States.
The NASPO ValuePoint® Master Agreement, which was awarded following a rigorous review process led by Maryland, encompasses a wide range of EV charging products and services, including Level 2 (AC) and DC fast (DCFC) charging hardware, networking software, and ongoing maintenance and operations (O&M). This agreement is not limited to Maryland; all 50 U.S. states and territories have access to the competitive pricing and streamlined procurement process it offers.
NCC’s commitment to providing high-quality, cost-effective solutions is reflected in its partnership with leading EV charging brands like ChargePoint and Kempower. Through this agreement, NCC and its subsidiary, Aloha Charge, will make it easier for state and local governments, educational institutions, and other public entities to meet the growing demand for EV charging infrastructure.

The NASPO ValuePoint® Master Agreement goes into effect immediately, allowing member states to initiate the Participating Addendum process and access NCC’s competitive pricing on their comprehensive range of EV charging solutions. The contract is valid until May 31, 2027, with an option for renewal extending through May 31, 2029.
