The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh, has declared the results for the fourth round of seat allotment for the JEECUP 2024. Candidates who participated in the counselling process can now access their allotment status on the official website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
To check their results, candidates need to log in using their application number and date of birth.
Those who have been allotted seats in this round of counselling are required to make a decision regarding their future course of action by August 22nd. They must choose between the ‘freeze’ or ‘float’ option. The freeze option confirms their allotted seat, while the float option allows them to participate in subsequent rounds of counselling in hopes of securing a seat in a higher-ranked institution.
The document verification process for selected candidates is scheduled to take place from August 20th to August 22nd at designated district help centers. During verification, candidates must present essential documents like their JEECUP admit card, rank card, counselling allotment letter, qualifying examination mark sheets, and relevant certificates. A domicile certificate and two photographs are also mandatory.
To confirm their admission, candidates are required to pay the seat acceptance fee between August 18th and August 22nd. For government, aided, and PPP polytechnic institutes, the online balance fee deposit must be completed between August 22nd and August 23rd.
The deadline for seat withdrawal is August 24th, 2024.
