Xperi Stock Soars on Amazon Deal: Pre-Market Movers

Shares of Xperi Inc. (XPER) surged in today’s pre-market trading after the company announced an agreement to sell nearly all of its assets and certain liabilities to Amazon.com services for $80 million. This deal sent Xperi shares skyrocketing by 11.6% to $8.43 in pre-market trading.
