With an extensive background across various Leela properties, including his role as General Manager of the renowned The Leela Goa, Nair has been a key figure in the company’s leadership team. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at The Leela Corporate Office, where he played a crucial role in optimizing the performance of several key properties.
Throughout his distinguished career, Nair has successfully steered significant initiatives, including the repositioning of the F&B division at The Leela Mumbai and the enhancement of The Leela Goa. His leadership excellence has earned him numerous accolades, including the Best GM—Luxury title from Hotelier India in 2014, along with recognition from HOSI in 2015, CII in 2016, and Business World in 2017.
Nair’s impressive professional journey is complemented by his academic achievements, which include a postgraduate diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Trivandrum, a Bachelor of Arts from Mumbai University, and a General Manager’s certification from Cornell University, USA.
