Indian Accent Pops Up at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel for a Culinary Journey

This exclusive event will bring the unique and celebrated flavors of Indian Accent to Bangkok, offering an unparalleled dining experience for guests from September 7th to 22nd and October 1st to 15th.

Indian Accent, renowned for its innovative interpretation of Indian cuisine, seamlessly blends traditional flavors with modern cooking techniques. Their cutting-edge menu is a symphony of fresh, seasonal ingredients and exotic elements from across the globe, catering to both adventurous palates and those seeking a nostalgic taste of India. This culinary masterpiece has earned Indian Accent numerous accolades, including the prestigious title of Best Restaurant in India by Condé Nast Traveller and La Liste. It has also been a mainstay on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list for over a decade and graces the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.

During this residency, Indian Accent will present a selection of its iconic dishes that have redefined Indian dining on the global stage. The menu, curated by Executive Chef Shantanu Mehrotra of Indian Accent New Delhi, will feature dishes that tell a unique story, blending traditional flavors with a modern twist. Joining Mehrotra will be Head Chef Hitesh Lohat and a skilled team of chefs and managers from Indian Accent, New Delhi, ensuring an authentic Indian Accent experience in Bangkok.

Guests have the option to embark on a culinary journey with a tasting menu or indulge in an à la carte selection for both lunch and dinner. The residency promises to delight guests by reimagining traditional Indian dishes with Indian Accent’s inventive culinary approach.

Highlights from the non-vegetarian menu include braised lamb shank, barley haleem, sweet onion curry, rawa fish, malwani rassa, sago and peanut vada, malai chicken, gobindobhog mushroom payesh, and fresh truffles. The vegetarian menu features delectable options such as sweet corn muthia, masala methi roti, fresh burrata, tofu medu vadai with pearl onion chutney, pickled beetroot, and roomali paneer with flame-roasted tomato and peanut salan.
