FILA+ is set to launch its Fall/Winter 2024 collection under the creative direction of Palace Skateboards founder, Lev Tanju. This new line, FILA+, reimagines FILA’s sportswear archives with a contemporary twist, boasting high-quality materials and refined designs across its apparel and accessories.
The Fall/Winter 2024 campaign, aptly titled ‘Fall In Love Again,’ is brought to life through photography and video by British photographer Kingsley Ifill. Ifill’s artistic and daring vision showcases FILA+ in a dynamic and invigorating light, telling a story of renewed energy. Meanwhile, director Laura Marciano captures the collection’s essence by symbolically representing the people of Italy, the heart of FILA’s heritage.
The campaign’s stunning visuals were shot in Sutori, a small village near Rome. To further emphasize the importance of tennis in FILA’s history, the video uses the sport as a connecting thread throughout its various scenes.
Upon taking on the role of creative director for FILA+, Lev Tanju expressed his vision, stating, “I wanted to put FILA’s rich Italian heritage at the heart of FILA+.”
FILA+’s first collection will be available on August 28th at Dover Street Market in London, followed by a global release at select retailers on August 29th. In Japan, a special pop-up installation will be held at NUBIAN HARAJUKU from August 30th to September 11th.
