Hong Kong to Host Ninth Edition of CENTRESTAGE Fashion Extravaganza

The fashion world is increasingly looking towards Asia, with major fashion houses like Louis Vuitton and Chanel choosing to showcase their collections in cities closer to home. This shift in focus has created a vibrant fashion scene in these capitals, and Hong Kong is set to be the next major destination for fashion enthusiasts.

The bustling city will host the ninth edition of CENTRESTAGE, a fashion extravaganza organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) and sponsored by the Cultural and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Taking place from September 4th to 7th at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the four-day event will bring together over 250 brands from 18 countries and regions, highlighting a diverse range of fashion styles. New thematic spaces dedicated to circular fashion and athleisure – a trend fueled by the recent Olympics – will add to the event’s appeal.

CENTRESTAGE offers a plethora of exciting activities, from fashion shows and parades to insightful seminars led by industry experts. Attendees can gain valuable insights into the latest trends and explore business opportunities. To mark the beginning of the event, a grand opening fashion show titled CENTRESTAGE ELITES will be held on September 3rd, showcasing the work of Hong Kong-born designer Robert Wun. This special show will take place at the prestigious Hong Kong Palace Museum, marking a triumphant homecoming for Wun. Fans of the designer can anticipate a truly unique show, made even more special by its setting in his homeland. It is sure to be a fitting opener for the diverse offerings of CENTRESTAGE.

Don’t miss the livestream of the Robert Wun CENTRESTAGE ELITES show on September 3rd at 8pm Singapore time.
