DiamondRock Hospitality Company (NYSE: DRH) has announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share. This dividend will be paid on October 11, 2024, to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2024.
In addition to the common share dividend, the Board of Directors has also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.515625 per share on the Company’s 8.250% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock. This dividend will be payable on September 30, 2024, to shareholders of record as of September 20, 2024.
