Senator Lindsey Graham, the ranking member of the Senate Committee on the Judiciary, sent a stern letter to Amazon CEO Andrew Jassy, placing him “on notice” that he would not tolerate this alleged bias.
The controversy arose when videos went viral showcasing Alexa’s responses to queries about why someone should vote for either candidate. When asked why someone should vote for Trump, Alexa stated, “I cannot promote content that supports a certain political party or a specific politician.” However, when asked about Harris, Alexa responded with a detailed explanation highlighting her accomplishments and experiences, implying a positive endorsement.
