Verint Systems (VRNT)

reported disappointing second-quarter financial results and also announced a new $200 million stock buyback program. This news sent shares tumbling 17.5% to $24.65 in the after-hours session.

Broadcom (AVGO)

is expected to report quarterly earnings of $1.20 per share on revenue of $12.96 billion after the market closes. Shares dipped 0.1% to $154.00 in after-hours trading.
