The UEFA Women’s Champions League 2024-25 is heating up, with the second round draw conducted in Nyon, Switzerland, on Monday. The draw has produced a captivating set of fixtures for the 12 teams vying for a place in the next round, where they will join the automatic entrants: Barcelona, Lyon, Chelsea, and Bayern Munich.
The second round is divided into two paths: the Champions Path and the League Path. The Champions Path features 14 teams competing for seven group spots, while the League Path has 10 teams battling for five group spots. Both paths involve two-legged ties, adding an extra layer of intensity to the competition.
The 15 teams that advanced from the first round finals on Saturday joined the nine teams that entered the competition at this stage: Häcken, Hammarby, Juventus, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain, Wolfsburg, Real Madrid, Roma, and Slavia Praha.
