Brand Engagement Network (BEN), a leading provider of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for consumer engagement, has achieved significant milestones recently. The company has entered into a strategic agreement with IntelliTek Health, a subsidiary of SmarTek21 specializing in AI-driven solutions for healthcare. This partnership will see BEN’s innovative human-like avatars deployed in healthcare settings, revolutionizing patient interactions and streamlining operations.
The agreement grants BEN a worldwide license to provide AI-powered solutions for healthcare operations, particularly in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, India, and Europe. Through this collaboration, BEN and IntelliTek will offer a comprehensive suite of AI solutions tailored to support both medical professionals and patients.
BEN’s AI-powered Healthcare Assistant, Sandy, will be integrated with IntelliTek’s Personal Virtual Assistant (PVA) and Clinical Virtual Assistant (CVA). Sandy can assist patients in scheduling appointments and accessing up-to-date information on medications, while the PVA, developed in partnership with Samsung Mobile Solutions and other leading telecommunication companies, provides seamless support for patients. The CVA is designed specifically for clinical teams, aiming to reduce administrative burdens and improve patient throughput by up to 17%.
The agreement also includes IntelliTek’s hands-free, voice-enabled Document Search AI, which enables quick and secure retrieval of medical information from various repositories.

In addition to this strategic partnership, BEN has secured significant financing through a private placement and a Standby Equity Purchase Agreement (SEPA). These investments will provide BEN with the necessary capital to further its strategic growth initiatives, expanding market validation and scaling the production of its human-like conversational AI assistants.
