Couples Resorts is thrilled to announce the appointment of Francine Allen as the new Director of Sales, Canada, and the promotion of Garfield Collins to Director of Strategic Accounts, North America. Francine Allen brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having dedicated over 17 years to the hospitality industry. She will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives in Canada across all four of Couples Resorts’ renowned properties: Couples Tower Isle, Couples Sans Souci, Couples Swept Away, and Couples Negril.

Prior to joining Couples Resorts, Francine played a pivotal role at Venturo Hospitality Group in the UK, where she led global marketing strategies and brand management. Her impressive career also includes notable tenures at Air Canada, Sandals Resorts, and Unique Vacations, making her a valuable asset to the Couples Resorts team.

Garfield Collins, now Director of Strategic Accounts, has been an integral part of the Couples Resorts family since 1996, starting his journey at Couples Swept Away. With extensive industry knowledge, he has held key positions at SuperClubs and has managed sales operations across The Bahamas, Jamaica, and Cuba. Garfield’s leadership style, characterized by a straightforward approach and unwavering commitment to customer service, has been instrumental in the company’s success. His educational background further enhances his capabilities, including a master’s degree in hospitality and hotel management, a Master’s certification in revenue management and marketing from Cornell University, and a professional development certificate from Georgetown University Center for Cultural Development.

Both Francine and Garfield bring a dynamic blend of experience and innovation to their respective roles, positioning Couples Resorts for continued success and growth in the Canadian and North American markets.
