Emirates has announced the opening of its latest luxurious lounge at London Stansted Airport, marking a significant investment of over GBP 4 million. This state-of-the-art 900-square-meter space is designed to cater to up to 125 passengers, including First and Business Class travelers and Emirates Skywards members. This new lounge joins Emirates’ existing five lounges in the UK, located at Heathrow, Gatwick, Birmingham, Glasgow, and Manchester airports, offering premium pre-flight services across all major London airports served by the airline.
The new lounge at Stansted Airport showcases Emirates’ commitment to delivering an unparalleled travel experience. Strategically located in Satellite 1, near the departure gates, the lounge provides comfort and convenience with minimal walking distance to flights. Passengers can relax in newly furnished areas, savor exceptional food and beverage choices, access free Wi-Fi, and freshen up with deluxe shower facilities.
One of the highlights of the lounge is the partnership with Sussex-based Full Circles Farms, which brings a unique farm-to-table dining experience to the space. Guests can enjoy seasonal menus crafted from organic produce and locally sourced dishes. The lounge also offers a sophisticated selection of premium spirits, fine wines, and top-tier Moet & Chandon champagnes, adding a touch of luxury to the pre-flight experience.
