Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s leading hospitality group, is expanding its presence in Tamil Nadu with the signing of two new hotels in Hosur: a Vivanta and a Ginger. These greenfield developments, situated on a 3-acre land parcel, are strategically positioned near the Hosur industrial area, a region experiencing significant economic growth and infrastructural development.
Ms. Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President, Real Estate & Development, IHCL, highlighted the strategic importance of these new hotels, stating, “Hosur is emerging as a prime commercial center in Tamil Nadu, driven by regional economic growth and infrastructural development. The signing of these two hotels will meet the increasing demand for corporate travel and MICE in this thriving micro-market.”
The 150-key Vivanta, renowned for its sophisticated stays, will offer a contemporary design reflecting the vibrant spirit of Hosur. Guests can enjoy diverse dining options, including an all-day restaurant, a specialty eatery, and a bar. The hotel will also feature state-of-the-art amenities such as a gym, a swimming pool, and flexible banquet spaces ideal for hosting business events and social gatherings.
The 200-key Ginger, adhering to its lean luxe philosophy, will provide a seamless blend of style and efficiency, catering to the needs of modern travelers. Guests can expect an all-day dining and bar, a gym, and meeting spaces.
