In their social media post, BBC Food shared a quick tutorial for these egg-free cookies, proclaiming, “These egg-free cookies couldn’t be easier – you only need four ingredients and they cook in 10 minutes in the air fryer! Perfect for when you’re in desperate need of a sweet treat.”

Here’s everything you need to make these delightful treats, which serve six:

Ingredients:

* 100g/31⁄2oz chocolate hazelnut spread
* 75g/23⁄4oz plain flour
* 3 tbsp full-fat milk
* 40g/11⁄2oz chocolate, melted, for decoration

Method:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
2. Combine the chocolate spread, flour, and milk in a bowl. Mix well until thoroughly combined, then use your hands to form a firm dough.
3. Roll the mixture into 6 evenly sized balls, then flatten them into cookie shapes.
4. Line the air fryer basket with baking paper, then place the cookies on top, leaving a little space between each one.
5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, then carefully remove the cookies.
6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies and let them cool before serving.

If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake the cookies in a conventional oven at 200°C/180°C Fan for 12-14 minutes instead. Enjoy!
