The Clarks Hotels & Resorts, known for its innovation in India’s hospitality sector, has quickly established itself as one of the fastest-growing hotel groups. Operating under eleven sub-brands, including The Clarks, Clarks Premier, Clarks Exotica, and Clarks Inn Suites, the group offers a diverse range of services catering to premium, select, essential, and extended stay categories. With over 135 properties and more than 6,000 keys across India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives, The Clarks Hotels & Resorts is actively expanding its footprint, with plans to enter the European market.
Previously reliant on on-premise solutions, The Clarks Hotels & Resorts recognized the need to transition to a cloud-based multi-property management system to enhance operational efficiency and streamline operations across all its locations. The new system provides centralized control, allowing for easier access to guest histories and the ability to manage online distribution from a single platform, resulting in a more cohesive operational structure.

In addition to the multi-property management system, Hotelogix has provided Clarks Hotels & Resorts with a Mobile PMS app, allowing them to monitor hotel operations while on the move. Integration with a third-party Channel Manager facilitates real-time management of OTA distribution. Furthermore, Hotelogix’s POS system optimizes the management of various revenue streams, including restaurants, banquet halls, and fitness centers.
