The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is kicking off its e-auction for flats under the Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024, starting today, September 24th. The auction will feature a range of housing options, including Penthouse, Super HIG, HIG, and MIG flats, located in Sectors 14, 16B, and 19B.
This live e-Auction will run daily from September 24th to 26th, with two bidding sessions each day: one from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and another from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. According to DDA’s official circular, the initial bidding period will last for one hour. If a higher bid is placed within the last five minutes, the bidding time will automatically extend by an additional five minutes. This process can repeat up to 20 times, meaning the auction could last for a maximum of two hours and forty minutes (initial one hour plus twenty five-minute extensions). Therefore, the e-Auction could continue until 1:40 PM (Morning Session) or 5:40 PM (Afternoon Session) depending on the number of extensions.

Login:
Enter your username, password, and verification code.3.
Click ‘Auction’:
Select the ‘Auction’ tab on the left-hand side.4.
View Live Auctions:
Choose the ‘Live’ tab to view all currently active auctions.5.
Select Property and Bid:
Click on your desired property and choose the ‘Click here to bid’ option.6.
Agree to Terms:
If you agree to the terms and conditions, select ‘I Agree’ and then click on the ‘Agree’ button.7.
Enter Bidding Hall:
You will be taken to the Bidding/Auction hall where you can see the properties scheduled for that time slot.
Rohini and Jasola Flats Sold Out:
In a recent update, DDA officials confirmed that all flats offered under the housing scheme in Rohini have been sold out. Over 700 LIG flats in Rohini were part of the Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024, which saw a complete sellout. Similarly, 41 HIG flats in Jasola, under the Madhyam Vargiya Housing scheme, were sold out on the first day of the auction. The auction commenced on September 10th, and over 1,100 flats from the DDA’s Sasta Ghar and Madhyam Vargiya Housing schemes were sold on the first day itself. (With inputs from PTI)
