Their session, ‘Building and Expanding a World-Class Event Brand – What Separates Good from Great?’ will explore the value of brand equity and its critical role in creating industry-leading events.

Goc O’Callaghan, Global Experience Lead at Buro Happold, will present an insightful session on day one titled ‘The Global Shift Towards Experientialism.’ O’Callaghan will unveil the latest research on how experiential design is transforming both personal and professional lives, highlighting the influence of technology on the future of the experience economy, particularly within the events industry.
