For a recent event, Thakur donned a beautiful Jeni silk anarkali by Torani. The anarkali, with its soft-tissue dupatta adorned with the brand’s signature scalloped edges, brought a touch of classic elegance to the scene, standing out amidst the usual swarm of saris and lehengas. The intricate zari embroidery and dabka and badla work on the anarkali transformed the seemingly simple silhouette into a cherished heirloom piece.
Thakur elevated the look further with a custom sweetheart neckline that subtly highlighted her decolletage, adorned with a chunky emerald and ruby choker from Jagdish Jewellers.
