Changi Airport is taking the travel experience to new heights with its revamped Changi Rewards loyalty program. Known for its vibrant shopping and dining scene, Changi Airport is committed to continuously improving customer satisfaction. The Changi Rewards program, with over two million active members, offers a rewarding journey for travelers, with perks extending beyond the airport’s terminals and into Jewel Changi Airport.
Members earn points, which can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including shopping rebates, tickets to Jewel attractions, e-vouchers, parking passes, KrisFlyer miles, and more. A unique advantage of the program is the GST-absorbed shopping at most public area stores in Changi Airport’s terminals, allowing members to save 9% on their purchases throughout the year.
The revamped Changi Rewards program introduces a host of new benefits, particularly for Gold and Platinum tier members. Birthday bonuses have been upgraded with Gold members now receiving S$20 worth of Changi e-Voucher Flexi and Platinum members receiving S$40 at the start of their birthday month.
Free parking privileges have also been enhanced, with Gold members now entitled to one hour of free parking daily, with no minimum spend required. Platinum members enjoy even greater perks, with up to four hours of free parking daily.
The new ‘Monarch’ tier, the pinnacle of Changi Rewards, is designed for its most valued members. This exclusive tier offers a phenomenal 4% rebate on spending, which is eight times the points earned by regular members. Monarch members also enjoy complimentary parking year-round at all Changi Airport terminals and Jewel, with over 20 reserved parking spots, personalized shopping and dining reservation services from the dedicated Monarch Concierge team, and S$60 worth of Changi e-Voucher Flexi during their birthday month. Monarch membership is invite-only, with eligibility based on factors including a minimum spend of S$25,000 within 12 months across Changi Airport, iShopChangi, or Jewel.
Jeffrey Loke, Senior Vice President of Pricing and Commercial Strategy at Changi Airport Group, emphasized the goal of providing even better reasons for both loyal and new customers to shop and dine at Changi Airport. He highlighted an exciting upcoming feature, allowing members to directly offset payments at Changi Airport terminals, Jewel, and iShopChangi with Changi Rewards points. Loke also noted CAG’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the customer experience and enlivening the retail and dining scene, with a constant pipeline of exciting initiatives and events, including the highly anticipated year-end Changi Festive Village.
