Delhi Traffic Disrupted by PM Modi’s Visit to Haryana

Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Palwal, Haryana, on Tuesday caused significant disruptions to traffic in parts of Delhi. The visit prompted travel restrictions, leading to widespread complaints from commuters about traffic jams and diversions.

Faridabad Police issued a travel advisory, restricting the entry of all types of heavy and light motor vehicles (LMVs) into the Palwal district from Faridabad and Delhi during specific hours. The restrictions specifically targeted vehicles traveling on the Agra-Mathura Highway (NH 44), according to news website Republic.

Commuters took to social media to voice their frustrations, sharing their experiences with the heavy traffic and detours. The imposed travel restrictions, while intended to facilitate the Prime Minister’s visit, had a noticeable impact on daily commutes and caused significant inconvenience to many.
