Bahrain International Airport (BIA) has achieved a significant milestone by becoming one of the first airports in the Middle East to receive the Airports Council International (ACI) Customer Experience Accreditation – Level 4. This prestigious recognition places BIA among a select group of 29 airports in the region, including 23 from Saudi Arabia, along with Muscat, Salalah, Amman, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
The accreditation, awarded on September 25th, 2024, at the ACI Customer Experience Summit & Exhibition in Atlanta, USA, is a testament to BIA’s dedication to providing an inclusive, world-class, and accessible travel experience for all passengers.
Beyond the Level 4 Customer Experience Accreditation, BIA also received the ACI Airport Accessibility Enhancement Accreditation – Level 1, further solidifying its commitment to creating a welcoming and accessible environment.
