Imagine this: you’re picked up in a branded Uber Safari vehicle in Cape Town, embarking on a journey to Aquila. As you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with a celebratory toast and a delicious lunch, setting the stage for an incredible safari experience. Then, climb aboard a traditional safari vehicle, accompanied by expert game rangers and field guides. These knowledgeable guides will enhance your journey, maximizing your chances of spotting the majestic Big Five during your game drive.
After the thrilling safari adventure, you can explore Aquila’s expansive grounds, soaking in the beauty of the South African wilderness. Finally, you’ll be transported back to Cape Town, carrying cherished memories of your ‘Uber Safari’ experience.
Bookings for Uber Safari open on October 1st, 2024, and can be made between 24 hours and 90 days in advance. The safari runs on Fridays and Saturdays, with a ticket price of US$200 (R3,550). Each Uber Safari vehicle can accommodate up to four guests on the journey to Aquila, while the safari vehicle at the reserve can host up to 22 guests.
Due to limited availability, Uber encourages customers to book early through the Uber Reserve feature. All riders in South Africa will have access to Uber Safari options.
