The first flat, located on the fifth floor, cost ₹45 crore, while the second, situated on the sixth floor, was acquired for ₹27 crore. Both apartments are part of the prestigious Prime Beach CHSL project on Gandhigram Road, Vile Parle West, Juhu.
These lavish residences come with an impressive 10 car parking spaces, a testament to the opulent lifestyle they offer. The total built-up area of the two flats amounts to 5240 sq ft, with a per sq ft rate of around ₹1.37 lakh. This purchase highlights the soaring prices of premium properties in Mumbai.
Interestingly, Akshay Kumar also owns a sea-facing duplex in the same building, further solidifying the Hiranandani family’s presence in the high-end real estate sector.
