Her appointment reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence in guest service and brand leadership, ensuring a continued focus on delivering exceptional experiences for every guest. Monal’s journey in the hospitality industry began in 2011 at The Oberoi, Mumbai, where she started as a Banquet Sales Associate. Her passion and dedication quickly propelled her forward, leading her to take on pivotal roles in renowned hotel chains like Oberoi and Accor.
Throughout her career, Monal has honed her skills across a wide range of areas, including sales, business analytics, event management, and marketing. She brings a deep understanding of the industry’s complexities and a fresh perspective to the JW Marriott team.
Before joining JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu, Monal held the position of Associate Director of Catering Sales at The St. Regis Mumbai. During her tenure, she consistently surpassed budgetary goals and implemented strategic initiatives that significantly increased the hotel’s market share. Her results-driven approach and expertise in orchestrating seamless events, from corporate functions to grand weddings, have contributed to her consistent success.
In her new role as Director of Sales & Marketing, Monal will focus on strengthening the JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu brand, enhancing guest engagement, and expanding the hotel’s reach within the market.
