Furthermore, Strum will be responsible for coordinating and managing investor presentations with senior leadership, serving as a primary point of contact for equity investors. A Proven Leader with a Track Record of Success
Prior to joining Lingerfelt, Strum held the position of Principal at Atlantic Real Estate Capital. Her experience encompassed originating, underwriting, closing, and servicing commercial loans for a diverse range of property types and lenders. Over the past 20 years, Strum has built an impressive network of connections and has facilitated over $3 billion worth of debt and equity transactions across the United States. Her deal experience spans all property types, and she possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of complex financing placements.
Strum’s expertise extends to advising on development, construction, permanent, bridge, and mezzanine transactions. She has successfully executed deals through various capital sources, including institutional, private equity, hedge fund, conduit, and traditional bank financing. This comprehensive knowledge base will be invaluable in navigating the complex financial landscape and securing the best possible outcomes for Lingerfelt’s projects.
